These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of VoxMind (the "App"), operated by crelve ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using VoxMind, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

VoxMind offers a free tier and a Premium subscription:
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
You agree to use VoxMind only for lawful purposes. You may not:
All App content, design, and functionality are owned by crelve or its licensors. You retain ownership of your voice recordings. You grant us a limited license to process your recordings solely to provide the App's features.
VoxMind uses AI to analyze emotions and generate insights. AI-generated results are for personal reflection purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Do not rely on the App for mental health diagnosis or treatment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, crelve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VoxMind at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes where feasible.

本アプリのすべてのコンテンツ・デザイン・機能はcrelveまたはそのライセンサーに帰属します。ユーザーの音声録音の所有権はユーザーに帰属します。当社は、本アプリの機能提供のみを目的とした限定的なライセンスを取得します。
VoxMindはAIを使用して感情分析とインサイトを生成します。AI生成コンテンツは個人的な振り返りを目的としたものであり、医療・心理・療法的なアドバイスを構成するものではありません。精神的健康の診断や治療に本アプリを依拠しないでください。
法律が許容する最大限の範囲において、当社は本アプリの使用から生じる間接的・付随的・結果的損害について責任を負いません。本アプリはいかなる保証もなく「現状のまま」提供されます。
当社は、本規約違反その他当社の裁量により、ユーザーの本アプリへのアクセスを停止または終了する権利を有します。
当社は本規約を随時更新する場合があります。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用することにより、改訂された規約への同意とみなします。
