Your voice recordings are processed by Google's Gemini AI (via Firebase) to generate transcriptions and emotion analysis. Audio data is transmitted securely and is not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to provide the service. Local recordings remain on your device.
Your journal entries and emotional analysis results are stored locally on your device. Usage analytics and crash reports are stored on Firebase servers (Google Cloud infrastructure). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
The free version of VoxMind displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized ads in accordance with applicable privacy laws. You can opt out of personalized ads in your iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Analytics and crash data is retained for up to 14 months as per Firebase defaults. You can delete your recordings at any time within the App. To request deletion of all associated data, contact us at the address below.
VoxMind is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the address below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

VoxMindの無料版はGoogle AdMobによる広告を表示します。AdMobはデバイス識別子および利用データを収集し、適用法に従ってパーソナライズ広告を配信する場合があります。iOSの設定 › プライバシーとセキュリティ › トラッキングからオプトアウトできます。
分析・クラッシュデータはFirebaseのデフォルト設定に従い最大14ヶ月保持されます。録音データはアプリ内でいつでも削除できます。すべての関連データの削除を希望する場合は下記連絡先までお問い合わせください。
